About Us

Our story is rooted in a decade of research and front line experience working in post-conflict environments with vulnerable communities and at-risk groups. It was through these experiences where we recognize the unique challenges NGOs and individual content creators face when making humanitarian video content that tells the challenging stories of our times.

Through encountering vulnerable communities first-hand, we witnessed the talent, expressions of local art and culture, and experienced first-hand the motivation and commitment of local communities in the process of telling their own stories. De-colonial approaches to practical video making is important to us because we see how ethical video making not only gives NGOs and organisations exposure but truly makes a difference to the communities those videos are about.

As content creators with 15 years working in film and television we understand the importance of creating impactful, community-led content to increase the visibility of humanitarian issues. However, we also understand the complex processes involved in making that content. We saw the need for an ethical and sustainable solution to the complex task and workflow as well as the need to improve communications across multiple stakeholders during the content creation process.

We are committed to co-creative and de-colonial approaches to communications so you will catch us being part of those projects. We are not just a Tech system created by toffs in Silicon Valley.   • The UN have identified that voices for positive change struggle to be heard in a sea of mis and disinformation online. In 2024, the UN claimed that digital media and ethics cuts across all 17 Sustainable Development Goals. They have proposed a new SDG based on responsible communication.   • The platform is free for everyone to sign-up with an e-mail address and use. The free sign-up offers you a basic version of the platform. We do offer upgrades for extras such as more storage space or premium features / templates on the editing system.
